For my favorite place I chose Tulsa, Oklahoma because that is where I grew up and have my favorite memories.

I feel as if my writing ability has gotten a lot better over the time of being in this class which is what I am most proud of. Doing my assignments though have not been as routinely as I would like. Due to such a busy schedule with other classes and work, I am not always ahead of the game as I wish I could be when it comes to the assignments.My schedule is never the same every week so it is hard to do them the same time every week and had to miss a couple assignments here and there. To make up for those assignments I always do some of the extra credit assignments every week. The major change that I want to make for the second half of the semester is to try to get work done ahead. A monster called a Genius trying to kill a merchant but three old men are trying to talk him out of it Source:  Un-textbook For this blog I will be writing about Arabian Nights, Part A. This story is about a king who found out his wife had cheated on him and decided that all women were equal. So every day since he found out he would marry a new woman and have her executed the next morning by the grand-vizir. Now the grand-vizir is the one who would not only execute the women but also bring them to the king. One day the Grand-vizirs daughter Scheherazade told her dad that she wanted to marry the king. The Vizir did not like this at all but after a long argument he had no choice but accept his daughters request. The daughter, Scheherazade actually had a plan to stop the killings all together. After being married she will ask the king to allow her sister to spend the night since it will be her last night in which the king agreed. This night Scheherazade told a story to her sister ...

Week 8 Reading and Writing

When this class started I thought it would be a bit of a challenge constantly coming up with stories and having to write a lot since i'm not a strong writer. As the weeks have gone on though, writing as become much easier and I feel as if I am even more creative. The reading notes I am taking do help for my story but I also do believe I can improve on them a little more. I hope that by the end of this class I will be a writing wiz and able to carry it on throughout my career because writing is such a useful tool to have. I chose the image above as my favorite from my past stories because this image is such an iconic image. Everyone knows and loves Michael Jordan and this image is one of my favorite pictures of him from back in the day.
